將食材蘆筍和馬鈴薯(馬鈴薯去皮)切小,切細

將切好的蘆筍和馬鈴薯倒入鍋子裡頭,放入水,牛奶,鹽,糖一起用中火煮約10分鐘(馬鈴薯和蘆筍要軟)

將煮軟後倒入攪拌機,絞碎

完成後倒進碗內,上面灑上煮熟的蛋黃即可
